Within the framework of the “Sevgiile” project, during the “Brush, Smile, Shine” event, children’s oral and dental examinations were conducted with the support of Splat and the participation of volunteer students from ADSU. During the examinations, children were informed about proper tooth brushing techniques, daily hygiene rules, and the importance of prevention from an early age.

Based on the results of the examinations, many children were found to have dental caries, open bite fluorosis, crossbite, harmful dental plaque, open bite, and other orthodontic problems. These findings once again highlighted how crucial early intervention and awareness are.

With the support of Splat, one of the main partners of the project, age-appropriate toothbrushes and toothpastes were provided to the children. These gifts aimed to increase children’s interest in oral health and instill daily habits.

Accompanied by smiles and positive emotions, the day was both fun and a step towards a healthy future for the little participants.
